Dean Sutton has been a lawyer in private practice in San Jose and Santa Cruz for 40 years, advising and representing people and businesses in many areas of civil law in courts and public agencies. Dean graduated from Santa Clara University Law School. His specialty area is real estate, including property rights, landlord-tenant law, evictions, foreclosures, easements, quiet title disputes, and family and living trust administration disputes.
